Consultation

Per 15 minutes: $50

Initial Consultation: 15 – 30 minutes.

Follow-Up Consultation: 15 minutes.

Phone or Online Consultation: 15 minutes.

We usually allow 15 minutes for consultation during your visit. If you feel you may need a little extra time, we kindly recommend mentioning it when you book so we can best support you.

Chinese Herbal Medicine Only

Chinese herbal medicines are carefully prescribed according to your Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnosis, without acupuncture treatment. The cost will vary depending on your individual prescription and dosage.

Acupuncture Treatment

45 – 60 minutes per session: $100

Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation, TCM diagnosis, and your personalised acupuncture treatment plan.
For returning patients, each follow-up session builds on your progress with continued treatment and adjustment as needed.

ACC – related Acupuncture Treatment

A surcharge of $30 per visit applies, with the remaining balance covered by ACC.

Standalone Cupping Therapy

20 minutes — $60
A focused session using therapeutic cupping to help release muscle tension and improve circulation.

Standalone Gua Sha (Scraping) Therapy

20 minutes — $60
A rejuvenating Gus Sha treatment to address stagnation, relieve muscle tightness, and promote healing.

Additional Information

• All materials (such as sterile needles and moxa) are included in the session fee.
• We accept cash and EFTPOS. No credit card and PayWave. Payment is expected at the time of service.
• Health insurance rebates may apply. Please check with your insurance company.
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without sufficient notice will incur a fee of 50% of the full session cost.

Refund Policy for Herbal Products:

• Custom-Blended Prescriptions:

Because we custom-mix single herbal granules to create your personalised prescription, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the granules have been blended.

• Pre-Made/Unopened Products:

Unopened, non-custom items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

• Opened Products:

For hygiene and safety reasons, as well as the nature of herbal products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened granule packages.
